hi,
i'm receiving a lot of bounce allert in smtp content manager;
someone is sending tons of mail to my mailserver using too much bandwidth!!!
how to prevent this issue?

Sorry but you can do nothing - at least against the traffic.

You might configure your ASL to blocking... depending if you can setup one "killing" rule.
