SMTP Auth via AD lost after update to 5.100

Hello,

Strange but after update my ASL to 5.100 I have lost SMTP Authentication via Active Directory.
There I see only:
Authentication Methods:  Local Users

but when I check menu System >> User Authentication:

Active Directory/NT Domain Membership
  Status:         Enabled
  Domain member status:   Joined domain xxx.
  Domain: xxx
  Firewall NetBIOS hostname: FW
(NOT the DC hostname)

What's happened?

"Active Directory/NT Domain Membership"

This one is for use in HTTP-Proxy. That does not work for SMTP-Proxy.

For SMTP-Proxy use "LDAP Server Settings" in Webadmin -> System -> User Authentication.

but I was convicted, that it worked earlier with SMTP Proxy too
