SMTP PROXY

Hi all,

I've hae a problem with SMTP Proxy
I've a astaro security linux V4, and I've activate a smtp proxy, for SMTP authentication.

Behind the firewall I've a mail server with 150 domain.
If i send mail to one of this domain trought firewall, this last block mail with this error

lowest numbered MX record points to local host:

Some one can help me.

I need to use the smtp authentication on firewall, only for my domain.

    Generally you should set your preferred MX record to point to the firewalls external interface.

    Then in SMTP Proxy config, define the domain and point it to your internal mail server.

    ie: mydomain.com -> mymailserver

    If you do not wish to use ASL for certain domains, you will have to setup NAT rules unless you have a bunch of public IP's you can use for a DMZ.  Remember to allow port 25 into your mail server.

    thank's for your answer.....
    I configure my firewall like you describe me, but my problem is:

    my firewall licence is for 5 smtp domains, but I use throght firewall one of these.

    The other domains have a othe smtp public services.

    If I send an email from external domain, i received it.
    If I send an email form a domain configured on firewall I don't receive it.
