Disable Spam Quarantine in v5

I was wondering if there was any way to disable the Quarantine for the POP3 content filter? The filter is catching plenty of spam, but I want it all still to be delivered (but marked of course). I would like not to have to log in to the firewall and delete all the messages. I have the Quarantine level set to 15 but quite a few messages still get caught. Any ideas?
