sending only 1 but many got the rcpt

hi,

i have a strange problem: i sending only one email, but the rcpt get it many more.

exim logfile of my sending machine:

this is not on all time and not really reproduse (somethimes it works). view the log from day to day i found somethimes so one.

any idea? sniffer the traffic in front of the asl only one smtp connection is done, but many more behind!
