eMail blocked after update today

Hallo,
after I did the u2date this morning, all eMails are blocked by ASL.
Error in Log:
2004:10:08-11:22:11 (none) exim[2565]: 2004-10-08 11:22:11 1CFqx1-0000fM-Ea ==  email@my.domain T=remote_smtp defer (-53): retry time not reached for any host

for outgoing and incomming mails.

Help is needed urgently!!!!!

    ... suddenly all e-mails are comming in ???
    I don't know how - I didn't change anything - but SMTP seems to work again.
    Any idea what causes this problem? See also my problem report on "Hardware, Install ..." about "can't log into webadmin" - I still can't log in and read the log files via webadmin...

    Maybe during update your SMTP-Server was not available for some seconds. So ASL listed the Server and blocked it. After some minutes ASL tried to connect again successfully and removed the Server from the list. So don't worry.

    it could be a buggy up2date pattern. after a good one its working.

    i had a similar problem with pop3. maybe its not the same problem, i dont know

    Hi. I found that today (after the up2date) the smtp proxy blocks email with Too many concurrent SMTP connections...
    mmmh
    and looking into the netstat I don't see any smtp connection at all...

    Addendum: and I see a lot of exim processes spreaded... even if no mail is coming in...
