SMTP Virus protection

Ihave a current license for virus protection through SMTP Proxy. It is good through 2005. 

How can I check to make sure it is running correctly?? I have looked through the logs and cannot tell. If I look at the Virus protection report it has not had any hits within the last 30 days. I find it hard to believe that not a single virus has tried to come though.

    Hey thanks. I did not think about that. Although I had to shutdown some services to get it to be able to be sent, the ASL caught it perfectly. Guess I am just lucky and not getting hit at all.
