Virus Scanner problem

Hi all, I am having problems with the mail virus scanner. The pattern download fine, but avsocketmultiplexer fails to start, so virus scanner is not working. The astaro version is 4.015 and it was working fine.

The notification mail says "ERR 009 Failed to start Virus Scanner.Please repeat Pattern Up2Date"

I need someone help me

    maybe an up2date would be helpful, the internal virus scanner license is probably expired :-)

    Hi Cyclops, I am thinking it is a license problem, like you say, because Up2Date expired last June 30, however virus protection is valid until Dec 30. This problem arised in the past July 30.
