When will the POP Proxy be fixed???

I am still having the issue where the POP proxy will cut off all emails inbound to one line.  Several other people are having various other problems.  When will these issues be resolved?

I don't even need the answer to be soon; I just want to hear something definitive from someone who knows.  I paid money for filtering and I am not getting it.  I am willing to wait, but I'd like to know how long that's going to be.

    I also use fetchmail behind the Astaro wall and it does not work. Absolutly the same behaviour. Without Proxy all works fine. And I do not belief that it is a fetchmail issue, as fetchmail is used on millions of machines all over the world.

    try it with another mail client to confirm or disprove this.

    If I know fetchmail isn´t a real mail client. Because he can transfer mails with pop3 to another location like a mail server  or allow to transfer mails to other mail clients. So it isn´t a problem with a mail client.
