Problem with big mails [5.016]

the following problem 
at download from  mails with popcon ( it is a pop3 connector for exchange) comes an error when download a big mail
"wartezeit überschritten" 
after pop3 proxy disable and role for pop3 is enable the mail comes o.k.

P3 1ghz 384MB Ram 20GB Harddisk and dsl connection

so it´s "almost normal" due to virusfiltering... It even takes some time to scan... What is your system load at that time? Maybe you can put some more RAM. 512MB or more gives you more power...

Can you increase the timeout of the popconnector like you do with mailclients.... There´s the problem... so either speed up your ASL or increase the timeout...

It appaers my DOS vuln has resurfaced...[:(]  it was a known bug that astaro acknownledged and fixed in an earlier up3date.  The coniditions for the error was exactly what is being expreienced here.  It appears the recent fix has brought back the issue?  This was not a RAM issue as i was able to cause it with 196 installed...this gentelman has 384 installed....i ahve a p-2 350 and this gentlemen has a 1 ghz.  Astaro comments?
