RBL not functioning with upgrade to 5.015

We recently upgraded to 5.014 and then to 5.015 and have discovered that RBL blacklisting is no longer functioning as part of the anti-spam functionality of the SMTP proxy.  Has anyone else expereienced this issue?

    This issue started in 5.014 for me.  I'm going to reboot tonight to see if that cures it, if not I may backup and reinstall back to 5.013.  I'm getting WAY too many complaints from users for this not to work.
