Hello,
when rejecting incoming eMails, the SMTP-proxy sends out messages, that no normal person can understand. I'm the mailserver-admin, and I don't want a phone-call each time somebody mistypes the mailto:-address or tries to send mpeg-videos to our employees.
For example, when rejecting a *.pif-file, the message
---> blacklisted (pif)
is not clear enough, especially when it's hidden among many other (very technical) messages, that most people are afraid to read [;)]
And why are those reject-messages in english, when this is a product from a German company?
I need a way to change these messages without losing support. (i.e. I probably could change them by logging in as root and then....)
Regards, thtran
[Edit:] Ooops, maybe I should better direct this request to the Astaro support. Are any members of the Astaro-suppor reading here at all?
