Copy all SMTP email?

I'd like this feature too so we can monitor users emails... v 5 in this case.

You mean so, that all outgoing emails would also be sent to boss, without workers knowing this?

I don't think I would like to have that feature

There has been a couple of law-suits, where e-mail evidence had to shown to avoid penalty/fine

So, if you inform the employees thal all mail is beeing archived, you should be safe.

Yes and no.  Everyone knows about it because it is part of the stated policy and yes, outgoing email from everyone to anyone.

In Australia it is legal to monitor staff emails as long as all employees are aware of the fact this is happening.

There was a recent motion to pass legislation requiring the company to obtain a court order/warrant before the company could look at anyone's email.  The motion failed to pass.

It's part of our corporate IT policy.  We inform all staff.
