turn off Up2Date email

hello there,

i have got the mail anti-virus extension since 2 weeks. it all works great, but everytime the up2date service gets a new package ASL sends me an email and since it is getting these updates very often, it starts annoying.

does anyone know how to turn off the email notification?

    What you're probably seeing are the seemingly endless emails that are generated every time ASL checks for a pattern update.  Emails are generated that say that a virus pattern has been downloaded and installed, even when this hasn't occurred.  This has been reported to Astaro, hopefully they will fix this in an upcoming up2date.  For the moment, there doesn't seem to be a way to stop the emails.
