after updating to 5.011 i had a problem downloading messages to my email client, after 10 emails it hung. stopping starting pop3 proxy solved the problem for now.
Just to mention it, I don't know if it's related with, but, yesterday, after upgrade to 5.011, I've noticed these proxy-pop3 hungs Everything seems be ok but internal network clients loses their connection with pop3 external proxied server; other proxied services (http, smtp) are ok The only workaround by now for this is stop/start the service proxy-pop3 Maybe do I need to dive into logs? regards
Hi! I had the same probs with 5.009, therefore downgraded to 4.022 again. Astaro confirmed that there are STILL POP-Proxy issues; however they promised to fix it with the next Update.
did not had a problem with the pop3 proxy, neither in .010 nor in .011. AV is on, FileExtension is on, rest is off. Mail Server is from Borderware. Even large infected files did not kill the proxy.
few days i have a problems getting my pop3 mail through pop3 proxy. when i disable enable it, it works a day. after a day it stops working again. dont know whats the problem.
