Mail from german outlook is getting marked as spam

Hi,

Al goo dmajority of mail coming in from our german office is being marked as spam. This is mainly because of:

 Spamassassin report follows
....
*  3.7 -- Forged mail pretending to be from MS Outlook

where the outlook headers were:
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook, Build 11.0.5510
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1106

so it looks as if spamassassin can't handle that version/build of outlook.

I 've seen the post on how to modify the spamassisin rules in astaro to lower the score for this method but i was wondering if anyone knows the best way to get this versioning problem sorted proper?
