hi all,
we configured our smtp-proxy on our asl 4.022 that external (outlook) users are able to relay mails via smtp authentication only. this works fine. so (outlook) users are not able to send mails to other domains without authentication.
but we find out that (outlook) users are able to send mails WITHOUT authentication to local domain...
for example:
user1@local-domain.com -> user2@local-domain.com
mail ist accepted and delivered!
but:
user1@local-domain.com -> userxxx@other-domain.com
relay ist not permitted without authentication
how can we protect local domain from unauthorized mails, tagged with our local-domain name and sending unwanted mails to local users ???
TIA,
Tricco
