How to change the SPAM tag

I have 10,000 users with their mail clients configured to search for ***POSSIBLESPAM*** in the subject line, so I need to change the subject tag used to indicate spam form *SPAM* to ***POSSIBLESPAM***. Anybody know where this is stored?

/var/storage/chroot-smtp/etc i think, in a file called exim.system_filter

At least on V5 thats where it is.
