how to force exim to dequeue?

ive got an internal host, thart was  offline for some time.. so no mails could be deliverd to this host.. now i get this : retry time not reached for any host

i like to dequeue this manual.. but i cant' the exim option -M end up in :non-existent configuration file(s): /etc/exim.conf

so how do i get this messages out of the queue without waiting ?

    When i said there should be a button in the proxy content manager, i meant there is!

    And in version 5,  its just a matter of ticking the boxes of all mail you want to dequeue and selecting the force delivery option.

    To tick all the boxes at once just choose show all and click the box thats in the column headers row.

    Or am i misunderstanding you here?
