Spam for pop3 proxy question -- need clarification

Hello, can someone be kind enough to clarify what the spam weighting means -- is a lower or higher number more aggressinve in blocking (adding *SPAM* to header, or sending to quarantine)?  I do have a valid license.

    Basically, the higher the number the more likely it is spam. The program uses several tests and depending on the test it gets scored high or low. For example, if the e-mail has alot of huge text in it , it gets a higher score than a message with normal sized text, or if it has something like the string "100% FREE" in it, that will bump up the score.

    So...if you want to really have tight spam scanning you want to set the #'s lower? I have mine at 2 & 3 but it isn't stoping a thing... I still get 100 spam messages a day..
