[5.007] I have decided to turn off the pop3 proxy as I receive pop3 error messages after about 4 hours of starting the proxy. OE6 begins to show error messages while receiving email (after connecting, starting to download email from my ISP, and then errors on the "first" email" after it appears to downloads all email -- though it does not download all email. I suspect it has something to do with spamd, but I can not confirm at this time. When I recieve these errors, I turn off the pop3 proxy and all email is received.
I do not have the time to troubleshoot. I highly suggest that more testing is needed with the pop2 proxy, along with the spam feature. It also appears the whitelist feature is not working as I recieve email (when the pop3 proxy is working) with a "*SPAM*" prepended header in the subject line on email that is defined for email addresses in the whitelist.
regards,
Mark
