This is usually a DNS lookup problem. ASL looks up for the domain name of the recipient you are sending the mail to in order to verify that the domain exists. It either can't find the domain or can't connect to a DNS server for the lookup process. Make sure you DNS addresses are conigured correctly on the ASL.
