Mail Encryption Anhänge werden nicht korrekt entschlüsselt?

Hallo Zusammen,

wir haben die Verschlüsselung von Mails aktiv. Nun erhalten wir die verschlüsselten Mails von extern korrekt wie im Bild angegeben. (Signed and encrypted) Die Anhänge sind jedoch ohne Dateiendung. Ich weiß, dass es .pdf Dateien sind. .pdf an die Dateien anzuhängen reicht jedoch nicht aus. 

Jemand eine Idee, wo der Fehler sein könnte? Die Mail selbst wird ja entschlüsselt. Nur die Anhänge innerhalb der Mail machen Probleme.

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    I'm not familiar with your email program - when you download the files from the email, does the file-type appear?  If not, then I would get a case open with Sophos Support.  Please come back and tell us your result.
