prefetch not working

Hello dear flock,

 

For some weeks now I have had the problem that Strato prefetch does not work. As a result, no quarantined mails are sent (logically because nothing is scanned in advance)

The SMTP scan works. So outgoing mails are scanned.

 

Did someone have the problem and how can I fix it? I tried everything but did not succeed.

Before, outlook had always opened the certificate window for Strato at the beginning and asked if it should be accepted. This only happens for the other mailboxes.

 

The prefetch time is 1000 seconds. I have already extended you to 2000, but that too was unsuccessful.

 

I use the free version 9.6.x.

    Several questions:

    1. I'm not familiar with Strato - what is that?
    2. Are you using both the SMTP Proxy and the POP3 Proxy?
    3. Is the mail server internal or external?
    4. If external, show a picture of the 'Authenticated Relay' and 'Host-based Relay' sections of the 'Relaying' tab in 'SMTP'.
