Marking messages from the outside with EXTERNAL

IT Vendors

Trying to set something like this up but have been unable to find any real directions on the UTM9 documentation.  Does anyone know how to do this or if there is other ways to handle?

    This should be done in your mail server.  This option is not available in the UTM.  The best you can do is to add some information to the headers, but that's not visible when just opening the email.

    The advice of Bob is the best you can do. If you use Exchange server you may use a transport agent to modify the subject line. See the example here

    Some third party products may offer this already. For example a signature tool we use.

    And last but not least the security gain of that is not very high, if that is the intention.
