No Mail Events

Loaded iView this morning and am not seeing any events regarding mail. Anyone else seeing this.

    Exactly Nathan, this is a user to user forum.  There is, and should not be, any false expectation of anything otherwise.  If you need to receive Sophos support and have a paid license for iView, please open up a case with support.


    Except that Sophos employees do post here when they feel like it, and I have personally been told by a senior Director of the company that they should be monitoring here too.

    You know that most people here have  installed these as an evaluation trial (including myself), so why would we have taken out a support contract?
