Troubleshooting steps:
Check SMTP and POP3 proxy status:
Logon to the UTM
Navigate to Email Protection | SMTP
Check if SMTP Proxy is activated
Navigate to Email Protection | POP3
Check if POP3 Proxy is activated
Check if SMTP Routing & SMTP Relaying is configured:

Logon to the UTM
Navigate to Email Protection | SMTP | Routing
Check if the domain you are expecting reports for is configured
Navigate to Email Protection | SMTP | Relaying
Check if the network you are expecting reports for is configured for Host-based relay
**** I don't understand this bit at all - if I am using the proxy then of course there will be some values configure here, are you saying my lan has to be configured in host-based relay, just for i-view to work? ****
Enable log for SMTP proxy and POP3 proxy in remote syslog log selection:
Logon to the UTM
Navigate to Logging & Reporting | Log Settings | Remote Syslog Server
Activate logging for SMTP Proxy and POP3 Proxy

Check logfile for any error messages:
Logon to the shell of iView
Navigate to /var/storage/iview/archievefiles//hot/
Check the logfile weblogger.log for any error messages starting for the time
range iView not displaying Mail Usage Reports

If iView is still not displaying Mail Usage Reports please contact support.
