what do i Need to do here? I have no root or Login Passwords?

Hi,

you will have to apply for a new licence, not renew. Re-install add your licence. Change the date on the system so that you old licence is still valid do a restore while keeping the machine off line then apply your new licence and you should by right to go again.

This is theory because I have never let my home licences expire.

Hi

Thank you so much for your answer. I downloded v9.5 and burned DVD. unfortunattly i cant get Signal VGA. I cant see what System says . I tried to blind Installation but no success .is there way can i take without VGA? or Adapter i can buy?

Further to this I assume you have had your home licence working on the ASG420 before?

I don't know enough about the SG or XG series of hardware, one of the more experienced people who done this before will need to assist.

No, this machine i bought from EBAY (utm 425) ,saler just has done Factory reset .of couse old sofware v9 is on it. you are right ,i Need to erase all and reinstall it ,but i did not succed

of Course VGA Problem is another Thing. if i cant see then very difficult solution search.

can i install sofware on a Normal PC ? I mean i take UTM HARDDISK out and install the same HDD on normal PC. after that HDD again UTM build.

of Course HARDWARE will be diffrent ,but my be sync automatically

is it possible?

You will need to reset the bios so that it stops thinking it is an SG UTM. You will need the special cable. You could try searching the web or install to a HDD and see if it works but you will need to change the hardware settings.

i get one error when i give my homeuse license which i downloded Today . " LICENSE NOT YET VALID.VALIDITY STARTS on 12/04/2017,now is only 11/05/2017"

i see astaro management->System setings->time and date ->5.November2017

can you help please?
