Hacked? : Syslog: connect:could not connect to server: No such file or directory

I'm having quite a few strange problems with my UTM and just noticed this...

In system messages I'm getting:

pg1: connect: could not connect to server: No such file or directory

These seems like a major issue and may suggest someone has come in and replaced or redirected the system log.

Has anyone seen this error?

This started appearing at 05:52:07 Central Time on 04 March 2017 in my lab UTM. It has not appeared in our AWS instance. I've heard of no problems related to this issue.
