Problem Saturation

I am preset saturation problems and according to reports these are the causes:

Edgesuite.net
Gvt1.com
Googlevideo.com

What does each of these sites refer to and how can I block them?

please post your rules.

I think you are having issues with sites you want to block, but the stop filters are not working?
