Sophos UTM Won't Boot

Question

I'm trying to install Sophos UTM for a friend. I've successfully installed the software multiple times but it simply won't work. I tried installing from CD both 64 and 32 bit versions. Both claim to install fine and then computer just won't boot. I started to try to install using USB but the mounting trick I've done in the past is not working. All I get is a blank screen after a successful install. The system just won't book. Computer works fine. It was booting with Windows installed and I just reinstalled Windows and it boots again. With Sophos installed nothing happens. 
 
 Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Carlos, 
 Verify the md5 checksum of the file here . On which platform are you trying to image the ISO? Make sure two network interfaces with 20 GB hard disk and minimum 2GB of RAM is allocated.

2GB of RAM is a minimum system requirement nowadays. Our SoHo appliances come with 2 GB RAM integrated.
