Sophos UTM 9 Home on Hyper-V + Cisco SG 300 switch

I have a bit of an issue setting up my Sophos UTM. Now everything works just grand. Sophos UTM 9.404 running on Hyper-V.  Using one external and one internal NIC., everything works as it should. But when i add the switch and plug the cable ("internal" nic) as i would with a normal router it does all the switching correctly but i cant reach its default ip  (192.168.1.254) .  DNS and DHCP are off since im using the Windows Server 2012 role for that

I can ping all my VMs and computers attached to the switch, also i added an SG 100 switch to this one and its working just fine.

Can't see what I'm missing, appreciate the help.
