Update to 9.4 broke my UTM

I was on 9.355001 running as SW Appliance.

Are you able to view the console output? I just put 9.4 on my hardware appliance and it went fine (so far). 

If you have a paid contract you may want to put in a high priority support ticket as well to get the attention of Sophos engineering.

It is just the home version. I will see tomorrow the console output and post here... 

You could try reinstalling UTM9.3 and upgrading to the beta version first. That may be a more successful path as I didn't hear of any issues during the beta regarding installation.

Here is a Screenshot ;-) of the UTM and after this it restarts and then again this Screen and agein restart and so on...

So, it is reproducable, fresh install, and after update to 9.4 the same hang.

Now: I will try with the way through beta, can someone point me to beta (from 9.355001) I dont find it on the beta path http://download.astaro.com/UTM/v9/beta/

Did you do the clean install with a 9.3 or 9.4 ISO?

It was clean install.9.3

Clean Install 9.4 would be nice, but I want to keep my settings...

You can import older backups into a newer version. You may want to give that a try or stick with 9.3 until a paid customer reports this issue to Sophos.
