Short: No.

Long: Rasperry Pi 3 is an ARM based architecture, Sophos UTM is designed for x86 CPUs.

If you want something on the cheap side to run UTM I'd suggest something like this dual core ATOM box which I built for about $200 for everything you need!

I have 30meg Internet and when I'm pegging it the proc is at like 15% so it has plenty of horsepower..
