Have fiber to home 950/250 and I want to build a new UTM 9 box. Intel i3 3.8Ghz and 16GB ram with dual Intel 1GB nics. Can I expect same type of down/up speeds using this hardware? Is UTM 9 limiting xfer rates? Thanks
