Huawei E392 not disconnecting and changing the ip address

Hi,

i have LTE usb modem Huawei E392. If i change the status in the interface options it will not change the public ip address. It stays the same. If i reboot the pc the ip address will be the same, too. Only if i shut down the UTM9 pc the ip address will change. Any ideas why this happens? Its a mobile broadband modem and for beter security ip should change.
