  • Hi,

Using the u2d-sys-9.007004-100016.tgz.gpg for updating 9.007-5.1 to 9.1 is safe and should work. I just installed a 9.007-4, updated to 9.007-5 and further on to 9.100-16. I switched to manual updates and uploaded these updates manually, because otherwise the box runs out of space. It worked without any problems for me.

You said you downloaded those 5 updates
    u2d-sys-9.006005-007005.tgz.gpg
    u2d-sys-9.007004-007005.tgz.gpg
    u2d-sys-9.007004-100016.tgz.gpg
    u2d-sys-9.100008-100016.tgz.gpg
    u2d-sys-9.100016-101012.tgz.gpg

The problem I see is with u2d-sys-9.100008-100016.tgz.gpg, this you should not have on your box, because it will lead to the update problems you mentioned.

Try to delete this specific update from /var/up2date/sys and /var/up2date/sys-install, or delete all and start over again by uploading and installing the 9.007-4 to 9.100-16 update manually.

  • Hey bulirich_01,

    thanks for helping out.

    It is working now.

I tried before already deleting all the up2dates via shell, and then used wget ( which i tried single with some of the important updates) and install wia auisys.plx.

Now i deleted all up2dates, rebootet and importet the u2d-sys-9.007004-100016.tgz.gpg via the Webinterface, after 5 Minutes this updates come up in the up2date sektion and got marked ready for installing.

    Thanks for all your help.
