The thing with the LTE sticks is they either work or don't, due to the limited driver set in the UTM. There isn't a way to add drivers either. IF you have a paid license, so can put in a support case, it MAY be possible to add driver support for the one you are using. This involves support escalating the case up the chain, a developer in a very different time zone than you (odd hours) will then need SSH access to your UTM to see what chip the LTE is using. Then the correct driver can be added in a future Up2Date. Generally, a lengthy process. That is if they still allow this process.
