NFR Licensing

The company I work for is a Sophos Partner. Is there a way I can obtain an NFR license through the company portal?

Your company will need to contact their Sophos channel manager. I believe the rule is one NFR license is given to each partner company, they are not per employee. The purpose of the NFR license is for demos, not actual individual usage, per the Partner Guide. For your own individual usage, you're supposed to use a Home License.
