could it be that 9.352-6 breaks the connection between a red 50 and the utm?
It's stated as up but i can't reach any device in it and they can't reach the servers :/

All my RED 50 customers has no problems....that I know of, I upgraded to 9.352-6 as it came out. (Mistakenly!)
