sophos utm 9.351-3 (Home use only) is using only 2gb memory after hardware change

until yesterday I used old pc hardware ( intel core2quad, 4gb mem, asus mainboard) for my utm.

sophos was using 3.5 gb memory

because i got some problems: nic defective, unexpected reboots

i bought a Supermicro A1SAM-2550F with 16 gb Memory.

last night i replaced the board. after i configured the nic's everything is workinge fine exept

it uses only 2gb of memory:

Resource Usage  
CPU
2%
RAM
77% of 2.0 GB

I would appreciate any ideas!

    i reinstalled 64bit from iso. now i see 16gb of ram. thank you so far!

    i testet down and upload speeds. i have a fth 200/200 mbit (down/upload) connection.
    without utm (same pc with direct connection to the converter) i still get around 200/200, same as i got before hw upgrade.
    now i get 160/180.
    i also tried to turn off web protection, no changes.
    cpu is minimal 60% idle.
    any ideas?
