We got a Brand New SG210, How do we Switch it on?

Hi All,

Seems an obvious question, but how do we switch an SG210 on after it has been shut down?

The only way it works, is to pull out and reinsert the cable. The ON/OFF Switch doesn't work and from the front panel no button seems to switch it on. The User manual and the Quick start guide doesn't say anything...

What we tested was: 

1) Switch it on from the Power Switch
2) Configure it
3) Switch it off from the GUI, it will switch off automatically

To switch it on:
1) tried the ON/OFF Switch, even waiting 5-10 secs, will not help to switch it on
2) From the front panel, no buttons will trigger the power on
3) only way it worked: Pull the cable, wait 15 secs, reinsert cable and switch it on

In addition, i don't think the ON/OFF switch is the right way, as once mounted in the rack,how do we reach the back side without pulling it out each time?... of course,..you can argue that the SGAs are rock solid and they would rather die than being switched off...

but still ...would like to know if there is way around this or is it a design issue?

    Go to the Back of your Rack and switch the power switch off for about 1 or 2 minutes. Afterwards turn it on.
    If you can't reach the back of your rack something is wrong with your planning... [:D]
