Up2Date problem

Hi,

I've got 2x SG 330 Active/Passive.
My actual Firmware version: 9.315-2

I cant get a newest Firmware version. I tried to start it manually:

01 mandant-1 audld[12481]: Starting Up2Date Package Downloader

Can someone help me?

    Once they release an update with the same build number the updater will likely stuck.
    Follow the article and apply the changes where necessary.

    If you are running in Hot-Standby, I think the instructions are incorrect.  I submitted the following remarks in response to that article:

    Shouldn't the Up2Date be run on the Slave first?

    Shouldn't auisys.plx be run on the Master only after the Slave has once again synced and is ready?

    PS I bet that was just a temporary problem with that Up2Date server.  In any case, 9.316  and 9.317 won't be there yet as they are not yet GA.

    i had 2 old asg 525 a/p and have replaced them by 2x sg 330 a/p.

    i've updated sg 330 manualy by the package upload till 9.315-2, because my old Firewalls were on 9.315-2 too.

    Backup the config on old one and Import on sg 330. There were any problems with red and endpoint protection Clients. Just with the up2date.

    i need to config two red15, which are only implemented in 9.315-12.

    I think you mean 9.350-12.  The 9.350 Up2Date was a staged release, so no new device will necessarily grab it immediately.  You may need to go to ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/ and grab the package manually.
