DNS order

In dnsmasq, you have the ability to specify the order for DNS forwarding using "strict-order".

Is there a way to do this in the UTM? I understand that the UTM is using BIND but perhaps my google skills are weak but I am having a problem finding a solution.

Thanks in advance

  • You mean in Network Setrvices -> DNS -> Forwarders?
No, it is not possible to order this list.
But you can use an Availability Group instead.

    • UTM: 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, 50GB vHDD, 2 vNICs on vServer (KVM) | UTM 9.7 (Home License) with: Email Protection, Webserver Protection, RED-Tunnel (server)

Looks like Availability Groups is the way to go
