Some UTM 220 firewalls have consistently run into a "503 service unavailable" error. There is a fix noted in https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/119026.aspx, but I do not necessarily have console/ssh privileges to implement the restart, and not even physical access to the device at times which means management of the firewall is effectively disabled.
At one point, advice from Sophos was to upgrade to the latest version (9.313 a couple of months ago), but these errors have still been occurring. My question is: has this bug been fixed in the newest firmware?
