Simplest dual WAN

I want to setup the simplest dual WAN possible, no load balancing or failover.  I've just got 1 LAN and can split traffic based on network groups and multipath rules.  I already have uplink balancing setup with both WANs and it's set to multipath. The 1 hour interface persistence seems to be hampering my testing.  What is the minimum I need to make this work?  Do I need a specific masquerading rule if I already have an "Any -> Uplink Interfaces" or do I only need a Multipath Rule?
