UTM 110/120 not accessible

Hello,

we run the above mentioned Firewall at our school. After I shut down the entire computer system about 5 weeks ago, I raised it again today incl. The firewall.
Problem: I can not access through the Web Interface WebAdmin or the firewall (IP 192.168.8.1) can not ping. The lamps at the two inputs eth0 eth1 = LAN and WAN = shine like always.
What is to do?
