I'm unable to access my new UTM SG115W, I followed the manual on how to set up admin etc. I did notice that when I clicked on the finish button nothing happen and after 10 mins I manual close the screen.
I since have been unable to log back into the unit at all, via admin computer or directly connected to the UTm it's self ( usb keyboard & monitor).
My password doesn't work using the login screen, I tried KB 115346. But when I get to step 14, I have no keyboard input. I also tried PuTTY but I got a network Error with my admin computer plugged in via serial & with it plugged directly into the UTM not via switch.
I don't have the root password.
