Build new UTM: GA-C1037UN and Antec ISK110?

I am planning to build a low power system for Sophos UTM 9.3 Home Edition.
My current system consist of a Cisco ASA 5505 router, one Xclaim XI-3 Accesspoint.

Internet connection is cable 100/100mbit.

Parts i have looked at.

Antec ISK110 Case (has built in PSU)
ISK110 VESA - antec.com

Gigabyte GA-C1037UN
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - CPU Onboard - GA-C1037UN (rev. 1.0)

1 32GB Kingston SSD (from an old system)
1 stick of 4GB DDR Ram

I know the realtek nics is bad, but I have not found any other board with two nics.
Will the system have enough power to run all functions of the ophos UTM 9.3 Home Edition?

Other suggestions for choosing hardware?

    Just an update, I have now installed the Sophos UTM 9.3 in my VMware EXSi, and it Works very nice with the Intel® Gigabit VT Quad Port Server Adapter :-)

    Only one small problem, is to get Battlefield 4 to work. It seems to be blocked by the Webfilter. I will make a new post in the correct forum.
