Build new UTM: GA-C1037UN and Antec ISK110?

I am planning to build a low power system for Sophos UTM 9.3 Home Edition.
My current system consist of a Cisco ASA 5505 router, one Xclaim XI-3 Accesspoint.

Internet connection is cable 100/100mbit.

Parts i have looked at.

Antec ISK110 Case (has built in PSU)
ISK110 VESA - antec.com

Gigabyte GA-C1037UN
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - CPU Onboard - GA-C1037UN (rev. 1.0)

1 32GB Kingston SSD (from an old system)
1 stick of 4GB DDR Ram

I know the realtek nics is bad, but I have not found any other board with two nics.
Will the system have enough power to run all functions of the ophos UTM 9.3 Home Edition?

Other suggestions for choosing hardware?

Someone who has experience with a Intel® Gigabit VT Quad Port Server Adapter, does it work with Sophos UTM?

Has an older setup with a ASRock B75M-ITX, Intel I3-3225 cpu, 128GB SSD, 8GB Ram. Currently this setup runs a PLEX Server, but wondering if it was better to run VMware ESXi on it, and then still have PLEX and Sophos UTM = lower power usage, instead of having another unit that also will consume power.

Hi,
give it another disk (about 120gb) and some more ram (4 to 8 gb) and it will work very well as a VMexsi host with two guests.
